If the city life is starting to feel a bit much, it\u2019s time to hit the “cycling highway” toward nature. This route is a synonym for comfort\u2014flat, green, and incredibly “insta-friendly.” It\u2019s more than\u00a025 km<\/strong>\u00a0of pure pleasure that ends at the “Masovian Sea” (whole route: about 55 km).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We start at Rondo Rados\u0142awa<\/strong>, but this time we head towards Warsaw’s northern districts. As soon as you reach the \u017bera\u0144 Canal<\/strong>, you\u2019ll feel the city\u2019s hustle fade away. Once an industrial waterway, this area has undergone an incredible transformation and is now a true paradise for two-wheel enthusiasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What will truly impress you here is the infrastructure. The path along the canal sets a standard that would make even the Netherlands proud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every now and then, it\u2019s worth easing off the pedals to look around. The \u017bera\u0144 Canal is home to herons, wild ducks, and beavers (keep an eye out for chewed tree trunks!). The picturesque reed beds and vast meadows will quickly make you forget that just a moment ago you were in the heart of a city of millions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The crown jewel of the trip is the Zegrze Reservoir<\/strong>. In Niepor\u0119t, you’ll be greeted by a vibe straight out of a seaside resort. It\u2019s the perfect moment for a break on the beach or a quick dip in the water. Choose one of the local restaurants, order some fresh fish, and watch the sailboats on the horizon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After resting, you head back along nearly the same path towards Rondo Rados\u0142awa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pro-Tip:<\/strong> If you\u2019re feeling like a “pro,” take the return route through Aleksandr\u00f3w<\/strong>\u2014this is a legendary stretch for Warsaw\u2019s road cyclists. And if your legs refuse to cooperate?
