We had a truly perfect experience!
Everything worked flawlessly from the reservation to the pickup and return of the bikes. We rent bikes in many different cities, and I can honestly say these were the best bicycles we’ve ever had. They were in excellent condition, everything worked perfectly, and it made our tour even more enjoyable.
Our group is called the “Schweineschrank Group”, and we’ve been traveling together on city trips for many years. Over all those years, these were without a doubt the best rental bikes we’ve ever had.

Nous savions qu'il était possible de louer des vélos à Cracovie et l'Office du tourisme de Varsovie nous a trouvé les coordonnées de Warsaw by Bike.
On avait besoin d'un vélo 20" pour notre fils de 6 ans, et ils en avaient un !
On a donc loué 3 vélos et on est descendus longer la Vistule :-)
Sur une rive comme sur l'autre, voies aménagées piétons et vélos.
Nous recommandons !

I had a great experience renting a bike from Warsaw By Bike. Prices were good, equipment was great and the staff was accommodating. My only problem was finding the entrance b/c there is a large bush covering their sign.

Ich habe dort ein e-bike für einen Tag geliehen. Nachmittags spontan gebucht, nächsten Tag abgeholt. Der Laden liegt an einer großen Ausfallstraße, sehr gut erreichbar! Die Besitzer sind total nett und sprechen sehr gut Englisch. Ein Missverständnis bezgl. der Kaution wurde unkompliziert ausgeräumt. Das Fahrrad war sozusagen neu, sehr schön leicht und mit guter Power! Ich bin gute 50 km mit moderater Unterstützung gefahren und der Akku war noch halb voll. Der Handyhalter dazu war richtig klasse und der Helm ebenfalls TOP!
Alles in allem definitiv 5 Sterne wert!!!
Und Fahrradfahren in Warschau ist ein echtes Vergnügen: Fast überall Radweg mit sicheren Überwegen und eigenen Ampeln.

Warschau is een heerlijke fietsstad met veel vrijliggende fietspaden. We huurden fijne stadsfietsen bij Warsaw by Bike. De zaak wordt gerund door vriendelijke mensen die goed Engels spreken. Echt een aanrader!

Bardzo polecam Warsaw by bike. Wypożyczyłem rower z przyczepką i rower elektryczny — obsługa była niezwykle pomocna i elastyczna. Pani Kasia bardzo miła, otwarta i pozytywnie nastawiona. Świetne możliwości zwiedzania na rowerach, a w Warszawie jest sporo tras rowerowych, więc da się dużo zobaczyć.
