How it works
Renting a bike with Warsaw by Bike is fast and intuitive. We have designed the entire process—from selecting your gear to returning it – so that you can focus entirely on the joy of riding.
1. Online Reservation
Select your bike model, date, and pick-up time. At this stage, you can also add any accessories you need (child seats, helmets, trailers). The rental fee is collected upfront via online payment or bank transfer.
Security Deposit: Upon pick-up, we kindly ask for a refundable security deposit (in cash or as a credit card hold). The deposit is returned after the equipment is handed back undamaged, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
No availability? If your dream bike is unavailable on your chosen date, send us a message! We will check what we can do for you.
2. Picking up the Bike
Visit us at our rental point at your selected time (or at the location specified in your order).
Important! Please remember to bring a valid ID (ID card or passport). It is essential for completing the formalities and processing the security deposit.
3. Hit the Road!
Your bike is fully prepared, clean, and ready to go. You are free to explore every corner of Warsaw at your own pace.

4. Returning the Bike
Return the bike to the agreed location at your pre-selected time. The return process only takes a moment—we briefly check the technical condition and accessories, and you’re all set!
5. Bike Delivery (Optional)
Value your convenience? If you cannot make it to our rental point, we will deliver the bike to any address within Warsaw. Simply select this option when placing your order.
Service cost: 99 PLN per bike, one way.
