FAQ – Group Rentals

Normally, bikes are picked up at our Warsaw by Bike location. On request, we can deliver the bikes to your hotel, office or event location.

Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage storage services (suitcases, travel bags). For logistical and security reasons, please arrange for luggage storage on your own before arriving to collect your bikes.

Rain is not always an obstacle. In case of bad weather, we can offer rain ponchos for rent. We do not cancel bookings automatically — the decision is made together with the organizer.

Groups ride independently. If you’d like a licensed guide, we can arrange one — please mention it in the form.

We handle groups from a few people to several dozen. For bigger groups, we recommend booking in advance.

Yes — we offer delivery and pickup anywhere in Warsaw. Pricing depends on group size and location.

Absolutely. We offer city bikes, trekking bikes and e-bikes so everyone can ride comfortably.

We provide technically sound equipment and organizational support.
Responsibility for supervising the group remains with the guardians in accordance with applicable regulations governing school trips. Upon request, we assist in selecting a route with the lowest possible level of traffic.
