Details
This is a mostly flat cycling route that leads from the center of Warsaw along the banks of the Vistula River, passing through the city’s lesser-known green areas. The trail winds through modern boulevards and quieter riverside stretches, blending urban architecture with the river’s natural, wild landscape.
The route runs mainly on smooth asphalt and paved paths, making it suitable for any type of bike – though a trekking or hybrid bike is recommended. Along the way, you can admire the contrast between the glass skyline of skyscrapers and the untamed nature of the Praga riverbank. It is an ideal option for tourists looking for a short, scenic escape from the bustle without the need for challenging climbs.
It’s worth bringing water and some snacks with you, as the greener sections of the route offer primarily peace and contact with nature, away from typical urban infrastructure.
