Very helpful and friendly staff, reasonable price and the bikes were in great condition. We went there and got the bikes without reservation, also suitable for families. We got child seats and a trailer. We were more than satisfied!

Jako 12 osobowa grupa, ktora wybrala sie na weekend z Berlina do Warszawy, chcielismy w krotkim czasie jak najwiecej zwiedzic! Pani Kasia "odwalila" kawal dobrej roboty. Odpowiadala na kazdego maila, podsuwala nam pomysly na trase po miescie. Pan Grzesiu podstawil nam rowery nawet pod hotel i dostosowal rowery do naszych wymagan, naszego wzrostu.
Rowerem po Warszawie, to genialny sposob na swiedzanie miasta w weekend. Do tego Warszawa ma dobre drogi rowerowe i super tolerancyjnych mieszkancow, ktorzy nie wchodza na trasy rowerowe, dzieki czemu spokojnie mozna jechac przed siebie. Rowerem po miescie, zwiedza sie duzo wiecej niz mozna przypuszczac. Nawet majac plan trasy, dodatkowo roblismy przystanki tam, gdzie akurat nam sie cos spodobalo albo zasmakowalo:-) my na bank wrocimy i skorzystamy z uslug wypozyczalni!!! wielkie dzieki za super przygode !!!

My wife and I recently spent four days biking through Warsaw which was an excellent way to see the city and stay safe with its 800kms of bike lanes and dedicated traffic signals. WarsawByBike gave us superb like-new electric bikes and stood by all promises including on-time delivery and pick up from our hotel. We could not recommend them more enthusiastically!
